What is a Direct Support Professional (DSP)?

Rever Grand Direct Support Professionals are the front line support for children and adults with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities served across the State of Oregon. DSPs work to provide personalized supports specific to their client such as transportation, hygiene, shopping, money management, community involvement, cooking, kitchen safety, and much more…

Do DSPs receive benefits?

Direct Support Professionals with Rever Grand now start at $24 per hour, with a fast path to $26 per hour. DSPs are also offered healthcare benefits, paid time off, 401k options with employer contribution, part-time and full-time career opportunities, and compensated training. Using your smartphone or tablet you can  electronically track your timecard, access Payroll and HR information, complete shift summaries and progress reports using an app-based system. Our main office, located in Grants Pass, OR, features a network of administrative staff dedicated to supporting the needs of our clients, but also serving as a resource for our DSPs throughout the state.

Does Rever Grand offer overtime pay?

Overtime is available to DSPs, but not a requirement. Overtime pay starts at $36 per hour, and can reach up to $39 per hour, which aligns with your current wage. More information is available by using our contact form below to reach our Employee Relations Department.
