What is the difference between a PSW and DSP?
PSWs are employed through the state, and DSPs are employed through Community Living Support provider agencies, such as Rever Grand.
What services do DSPs provide as they work with clients?

How do I qualify for K Plan hours?
Please contact the Case Management Entity (CME) that is local to your county in Oregon. If you need assistance identifying who your local CME is, please contact our Client Concierge team.
How is the amount of time DSPs spend working with clients each month determined?
The time a DSP can work with a client each month is determined by the client’s approved K Plan hours. K Plan hours are determined by Case Management Entities through a defined process which assesses the K Plan hours the client needs.
How does Rever Grand find the right DSP for each client?
Rever Grand works directly with clients and their guardian to understand the clients’ needs. We review DSP skillsets to find the perfect fit for the client and client’s family.

Does Rever Grand offer respite care?
Respite care hours are specifically designated hours, and Rever Grand does not currently offer supports in the form of respite care. However, please contact our Concierge Team to discuss the options to you and your family.
