Maintaining reliable support is important for I/DD families and individuals. That’s why Rever Grand hires Direct Support Professionals across every county in the State of Oregon. Having wide access to DSPs across the entire state through Rever Grand increases your chances of finding reliable support in your local area. Like many companies Rever Grand started with humble beginnings, and quickly expanded to maximize our ability to pair families who seek our services with DSPs with matching skillsets.

Delivering exceptional Community Living Supports makes a difference in our I/DD community. That’s why our DSPs receive training that goes beyond the requirements of the State of Oregon. In 2024, Rever Grand DSPs averaged 29 hours of total training per DSP, which is 5 hours over the legal requirement. Unlike PSW services through the state, our DSPs and families work with our Risk Mitigation Team to create plans and necessary training based on the client’s risks that are identified in the ISP/PSA.

Continuing care, beyond the lives of family guardians, is a concern for the I/DD community. That’s why our team will help our families know what resources they have to plan for the future.
